Advogado quer pedir R$ 250 milhões por danos causados às celebridades.
O Google foi ameaçado por um processo de quase 100 milhões de dólares (cerca de R$ 250 milhões) pelos danos causados com a distribuição de imagens vazadas de celebridades nuas, nas últimas semanas.
O autor do processo é o advogado Martin Singer. Ele representa uma empresa que cuida da imagem de uma dezena de mulheres do alto escalão das celebridades, segundo informações do jornal “Los Angeles Times”.
A empresa de serviços online afirmou, nesta quinta-feira (2), que já tirou “milhares de fotos” e “fechou centenas de contas” relacionadas ao incidente. O episódio é investigado pelo FBI.
A cantora Avril Lavigne, as atrizes Jennifer Lawrence, Vanessa Hudgens e Kaley Couco e a jogadora de futebol Hope Solo estão entre as personalidades que tiveram fotos vazadas na internet.
