Bombeiro quer usar o Google Glass para salvar vidas: o app também terá, no futuro, possibilidade de fornecer informações como mapa de prédio em chamas, por exemplo
São Paulo – O Google Glass poderá salvar vidas num futuro próximo. Tudo graças ao bombeiro Patrick Jackson, da Carolina do Norte. O rapaz está desenvolvendo um aplicativo para a o gadget do Google que irá ajudá-lo em seu trabalho.

Até o momento, o bombeiro conseguiu transferir detalhes da chamada do 911 para os óculos, como mapa da região e comandos inteligentes.
“Ok, Glass. Encontre um hidrante”, é uma das facilidades produzidas pelos óculos (veja no vídeo abaixo).
Ainda em construção, o app também terá, no futuro, a possibilidade de fornecer informações como o mapa de um prédio em chamas onde o bombeiro está prestes a entrar, por exemplo, ou o diagrama de um automóvel acidentado que precisa ser cortado para tirar a vítima das ferragens.
Neste caso, o Glass irá ajudar o bombeiro a cortar no lugar correto.
