O aparelho, que ficou disponível durante toda a manhã desta terça-feira (21) no site da Verizon e ainda aparece nas buscas da página, já havia sido noticiado pelo Phone Arena em vazamentos anteriores. Além disso, um vídeo divulgado no YouTube mostra detalhes do dispositivo em funcionamento. Ainda não há nenhuma confirmação oficial da Nokia sobre o lançamento do novo aparelho e nem se ele será batizado de Lumia 929 ou Icon – nome que confirmaria os rumores de que a Microsoft pretende simplificar a identidade da linha.
