O PlayStation 4 está dando dor de cabeça aos seus usuários. Uma discussão com mais de 35 páginas de interações entre internautas no fórum do PlayStation fala sobre um erro, CE-34878-0, que vem corrompendo arquivos e prejudicando a usabilidade do console. Até o momento, o erro não conta com uma solução. Os casos são bem semelhantes e são dois problemas comuns que causam o erro. O primeiro são saves corrompidos e fazem com que usuários percam horas de jogo, especialmente nos games de aventura ou modos carreira dos títulos de esporte. O segundo é o de arquivos corrompidos estarem impedindo os jogos de rodarem por completo. Alguns usuários dizem que apagar o save resolve a questão, mas outros afirmam que esta solução não foi o suficiente. O tópico no fórum foi aberto no início de dezembro – e até hoje não houve nenhuma forma 100% correta que satisfizesse a todos os usuários. Enquanto isso, a maioria segue aguardando uma posição oficial da Sony. O internauta “LordRoss”, identificado como coordenador da comunidade no fórum oficial do PlayStation, sugere fechar o jogo e reinstalar os mais recentes softwares de sistema, além de patches do game afetado.
